What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to
see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2 Your practitioner will review your
medical history and documentation.
3 Your practitioner will provide an
epi-pen refill and education in accordance with nationally established clinical
practice guidelines.
4 We'll give you a visit summary and
send it to your primary care provider at your request.
5 You are responsible for your copay
or the price listed on our menu and any additional charges at the time of the visit.

What to know before your visit
- You must have history of anaphylaxis.
- You must provide documentation of a prior prescription for an epinephrine
autoinjector.
- Patients with a history of cardiovascular disease may be referred
to another care setting.
