Epi-Pen Refill $41

If you have a history of anaphylaxis and a prior prescription for an epi-pen (epinephrine autoinjector), we can provide a refill to ensure you're prepared and protected.

What to expect at your visit

1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2 Your practitioner will review your medical history and documentation.
3 Your practitioner will provide an epi-pen refill and education in accordance with nationally established clinical practice guidelines.
4 We'll give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.
5 You are responsible for your copay or the price listed on our menu and any additional charges at the time of the visit. To learn more about insurance coverage,

What to know before your visit

  • Service is not available in Massachusetts.
  • You must have history of anaphylaxis.
  • You must provide documentation of a prior prescription for an epinephrine autoinjector.
  • Patients with a history of cardiovascular disease may be referred to another care setting.
