What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to
see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2 Review the Vaccine Information Sheet.
3 Your practitioner will administer the vaccine. He or she will recommend a first booster dose 1 to 2 months later and a second booster 4 to 6 months later, if appropriate.
4 We'll give you a visit summary and
send it to your primary care provider at your request.
5 You are responsible for your copay
or the price listed on our menu and any additional charges at the time of the visit.

What to know before your visit
- Service is not available in Massachusetts.
- The price shown is for each shot administered within the vaccination
regimen.
- Patients must be 2 years of age or older.
- Patients with a history of adverse reactions to the vaccine may
be referred to another care setting.
- We recommend that patients remain in the clinic waiting area for
20 minutes after receiving vaccinations to ensure there are no negative reactions.
All of our practitioners are trained to respond to anaphylactic reactions and will
see that you receive immediate medical attention.
We employ both physician assistants and nurse practitioners in Minnesota, Nevada,
North Carolina and Texas.
