What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2 Your practitioner will discuss your symptoms and perform an examination.
3 Your practitioner will make a diagnosis and provide a treatment plan in accordance with nationally established clinical practice guidelines.
4 We'll give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.
5 You are responsible for your copay or the price listed on our menu and any additional charges at the time of the visit. To learn more about insurance coverage,

What to know before your visit

- Treatment of warts is likely to include additional charges.
- Patients with severe or persistent conditions may be referred to another care setting.
- Patients with temperatures over 100 degrees may be referred to another care setting.
- Patients with poison ivy must be 3 years of age or older to be treated.
- Patients requiring wart removal must be 5 years of age or older to be treated.
