What to expect at your visit
1 Sign in at the electronic kiosk to see a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. No appointment necessary.
2 Your practitioner will discuss your symptoms and perform an examination, which may include a lab test.
3 Your practitioner will make a diagnosis and provide a treatment plan in accordance with nationally established clinical practice guidelines.
4 We'll give you a visit summary and send it to your primary care provider at your request.
5 You are responsible for your copay or the price listed on our menu and any additional charges at the time of the visit. To learn more about insurance coverage,

What to know before your visit

- Diagnosis of influenza, strep throat, urinary tract infections and mononucleosis is likely to include additional lab charges.
- Patients with temperatures over 103 degrees may be referred to another care setting.
- Individuals with a potentially compromised immune system may be referred to another care setting.
- Allergy patients must be 2 years of age or older.
- Only female patients ages 12 to 65 will be treated for urinary tract infections (service not available in Massachusetts).
