health care. We don't attempt to offer primary care services. In fact, our
care model encourages the patient's primary care relationship by:
- focusing on a limited variety of common family illnesses
- forwarding visit summaries to the patient's Primary Care Physician
- providing patients with referrals to primary care providers in their area
- providing evidence-based diagnosis and prescription treatment (when clinically appropriate),
guided by our proprietary EMR system

In every market, we seek out local practicing physicians, board-certified in Emergency,
Urgent Care or Family Practice Medicine to enter into collaborative agreements with
our clinic practitioners. Their medical expertise and feedback helps us continually
improve our clinical quality. Plus, they offer our clinic practitioners the chance
to provide their patients a trusted referral for their primary care needs.
