OD Project Leader
CVS – Training & Development
We are currently seeking an OD Project Leader to work with the CVS Training & Development team. The project leader is responsible for developing retail Pharmacy employee training programs. This role will focus on project leadership of retail pharmacy training initiatives but may also include work on a wide variety of projects, including front store or corporate initiatives as part of the training team.
This position is based out of the CVS/Caremark corporate office in Woonsocket, RI.
Essential Accountabilities:- Lead Projects involving cross functional groups across the CVS Caremark enterprise
- Design and develop training programs in a variety of formats, including self-guided, instructor led, and computer or web based
- Evaluate the impact of training programs
- Update training programs and materials as needed
Requirements:- BA/BS or advanced degree in pharmacy, education, instructional design, human resources, organizational development, or related field
- Experience with instructional design, development, and implementation of training programs in a multi-unit, geographically-dispersed environment preferred
- Excellent organization, planning and project management skills
- Previous experience with technology-based training solutions preferred
- Highly developed writing and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to influence others to achieve buy-in
- Effective presentation skills
